Abstract
⺠Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method. ⺠And the doped nanoparticles exhibit obvious ferromagnetism after hydrogenating. ⺠With the Mn ions concentration increasing, the magnetization of the hydrogenated Zn1âxMnxO increased. ⺠Analysed photoluminescence spectra showed the relationship between charged Vo defects and magnetization. ⺠We used bound-magnetic-polarons model and long-rang interaction theory explained our results.
