Abstract
⺠Concentrate ammonia-assisted hydrothermal method to fabricate N-doped graphene. ⺠Simultaneous N-doping and reduction of GO. ⺠The high doping levels of N within products are achieved. ⺠N-doped graphenes exhibit high capacitive performance and cycle stability.
