Abstract
- Undoped and Mn doped ZnO films were grown at different times by ASP.
- “Spaghetti-like” and “doughnut-like” structures were observed.
- Room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) was observed for the undoped films.
- RTFM was induced by zinc interstitials and oxygen vacancies.
- Suppression of FM ordering for Mn-ZnO films was observed.
