Abstract
- Porcine pancreas lipase was immobilized on ionic liquid modified carriers by enzyme aggregate coating method.
- Novel modification of alkoxysilane and an efficient immobilization method were combined and used to immobilize enzymes.
- Cross-linked site distribution on the surface of porcine pancreatic lipase was studied.
- The stabilities assay indicated that the novel immobilized PPL was a rather stable and efficient biocatalyst.
