Abstract
- Pure and Ni-doped nanostructured ZnO thin films were spray deposited on glass substrates.
- Noticeable change in the crystallite size and morphology was observed due to Ni-doping.
- Both films were highly selective towards ammonia than ethanol, acetone etc.
- The upper detection range was widened to 1000Â ppm by Ni-doping.
