Abstract
⺠We described the preparation and characterization of the mesoprous carbon/Bi2WO6 composites. ⺠The photocatalytic activities of the composites were also investigated. ⺠With the combination of photocatalysts and mesoporous carbon, increased separation efficiency of photoinduced electron-hole pairs and larger specific surface areas can be achieved. ⺠And to our knowledge, this is the first report concerning Bi2WO6 nanoparticles loaded on a mesoprous carbon.
