Abstract
⺠A mechanochemical approach is developed to get uniform and monodispersed LDHs. ⺠This approach includes two processes, i.e., grinding and peptization process. ⺠Peptization plays a critical role in the formation of high crystallinity hexagons. ⺠The size and morphologies of LDHs can be precisely controlled.
