Abstract
⺠VO2 films with small nanoparticles and homogeneous pores are obtained. ⺠Tt of porous nano-structure VO2 film is reduced to 56 °C and ÎT is increased to 36 °C. ⺠Systematic study of CTAB concentration on morphology and MIT properties of the VO2 films is conducted.
