Abstract
⺠Argon gas was bubbled during PEO of Mg alloy. ⺠Locally concentrated discharge phenomena were appeared. ⺠A fraction of Mg2SiO4 phase was increased in the inner layer of oxide film. ⺠Improvement in corrosion resistance was achieved.
