Abstract
⺠It has been investigated the oxidation behaviour of differently pretreated CoNiCrAlY coatings. ⺠The characteristics of the grown oxide scale influence directly the cooling rate. ⺠The lowest oxidation rate was exhibited by the EB and vacuum pretreated samples.
