Abstract
⺠The novel cauliflower-like TiO2-ZnO films were successfully fabricated. ⺠This cauliflower-like morphology of TiO2-ZnO could increase the dye absorption. ⺠The effects of ZnO doping on the photovoltaics of DSCs were systematically studied. ⺠With Zn/Ti molar ratio not more than 3%, the Jsc and η of DSC were greatly improved.
