Abstract
⺠The films were fabricated by radio frequency magnetron sputtering technique. ⺠A novel two-steps rapid thermal annealing approach was demonstrated. ⺠Microstructure plays an important role in enhanced ferroelectric properties. ⺠Two-steps rapid thermal annealing could be potential for ferroelectric films.
