Abstract
⺠Hybrid film of zinc oxide and tetrasulfonated copper phthalocyanine (TSPcCu) was prepared by using constant-current electrodeposition method. ⺠The nanosheets stack of ZnO leads to a porous surface structure and the TSPcCu was uniformly covered on the surface of ZnO crystallites. ⺠The TSPcCu plays a significant role in enhancing photovoltaic performance. ⺠The hybrid film of ZnO/TSPcCu shows a three-fold improvement in energy conversion efficiency than that the only ZnO film.
