Abstract
⺠The diameter sizes of ZnO nanorod arrays can be tuned by Cu ion additions. ⺠The effects of Cu ions and annealing on luminescence properties are investigated. ⺠PL and PLE spectra were used to investigate the excitation process of the visible emissions.
