Abstract
⺠Pt-CeO2 catalyst films prepared by rf sputtering deposition exhibit high concentration of Pt2+ and Pt4+ ions. ⺠Ce reveals mixed 4+ and 3+ oxidation states. ⺠CNT substrate enhances reducibility of the catalyst.
