Abstract
⺠RT ferromagnetism was observed in all ZnO films treated differently. ⺠Fe or C ion implantation induces slight decrease of the magnetism. ⺠Sequential implantation of Fe and C into ZnO film increases the magnetic moment. ⺠Effect of magnetic enhancement has been tentatively interpreted.
