Abstract
⺠In2O3/ZnO composites were successfully synthesized via situ growth method. ⺠HMTA played an important role in the morphology and agglomeration of composites. ⺠The possible formation mechanism was also proposed based on the experimental results. ⺠The addition of In2O3 had a great effect on PL spectrum.
