Abstract
⺠Properties of sol-gel derived CuO films are strongly influenced by the substrates, on which films are deposited. ⺠The ferromagnetic and semiconducting properties are clearly demonstrated at room temperature. ⺠A large magnetoconductance is observed at room temperature. ⺠Large magnetoconductance and convincing ferromagnetism in granular CuO film are promising for spintronic applications. âº
