Abstract
⺠Silicon oil based ferrofluid was prepared using silicon oil surfactant EtO-PDMS as modifier. ⺠The optimal amount of TEOS and EtO-PDMS was obtained. ⺠Silicon oil based ferrofluid had high magnetism and good stability.
