Abstract
⺠We analyzed theoretically the formation of the hydrophobic property. ⺠The superhydrophobic surface was obtained on X70 pipeline steel by a new method. ⺠The better technology parameter preparing superhydrophobic surface was obtained. ⺠The biggest contact angle of the sample surface with distilled water was 153.52°.
