Abstract
⺠Poly(dimethylsiloxane) is surface-modified with perfluorinated siloxanes. ⺠Surfaces show increases in zeta potential with increasing perfluoroalkyl chain length. ⺠Perfluorinated surfaces support electro-osmotic flow across a wide pH range. ⺠Perfluorinated surfaces are resistant to the diffusion of PDMS oligomers.
