Abstract
⺠The founding is appearance of peculiar structures to Si(1 1 0) vicinal surface. ⺠Peculiar structures strongly influenced the use of Si(1 1 0) surface in MOS-FET. ⺠We proposed the plausible models of the peculiar structures.
