Abstract
⺠Optical properties of zirconia films versus oxygen partial pressure. ⺠Band gap in the range 5.15-5.20 eV for tetragonal phase, and 5.57-5.65 eV for monoclinic phase. ⺠The refractive index decreases, while the transmittance increases with the oxygen partial pressure.
