Abstract
⺠A scaffold-like delivery system with poly (lactic-co-glycolic) (PLGA) microspheres was prepared on MAO-Ti surface. ⺠This system could be stable on the porous MAO-Ti surface up for 6 weeks. ⺠In this system, not only the PLGA microspheres could control the release of BSA, but also the MAO-Ti could regulate the pH value during degradation. ⺠This system could improve the proliferation of HBMSCs.
