Abstract
⺠Photoactive N-doped rutile TiO2 catalysts were obtained by annealing in NH3 flow. ⺠Band-gap narrowing and better visible light absorption properties were revealed. ⺠Ti4+ to Ti3+ ions reduction was confirmed by EPR studies. ⺠Photoactivity of rutile depends inverse-proportionally on nitrogen concentration.
