Abstract
⺠Three-dimensional Mo2S3 flowers with steady morphology were synthesized by CVD method. ⺠Without Au particles, only high S concentration led to dense nanopetals. ⺠With Au particles, dense nanostructures were obtained at various S concentration. ⺠Three-dimensional Mo2S3 flowers grew at optimal S concentration with Au particles.
