Abstract
⺠AgInS2 nanoparticles were prepared by a facile microwave heating process. ⺠The change of reaction conditions led to alter the particle size of the products. ⺠The uniform thin film of product was provided by screen printing technique. ⺠The energy conversion efficiency of 1.58% was obtained for optimal product.
