Abstract
ⶠHydrogen doped MgO films grown by pulsed laser deposition method. ⶠDoping was provided by H2 gas stored in cavities of milky MgO single crystal targets. ⶠH doping lowered the firing voltage up to 55 V. ⶠThe N2 in the gas mixture lowered the FVs up to 38 V.
