Abstract
â¶ Indium tin oxide (ITO) films with large oxygen deficiency grown by PLD and PED. â¶ Nanocomposite ITO thin films with metallic In-Sn clusters embedded in oxide matrix. â¶ Metallic conductivity via percolation with a superconducting transition at about 6Â K. â¶ Melting and freezing of In-Sn clusters through resistivity measurements.
