Abstract
												ⶠIndium tin oxide (ITO) films with large oxygen deficiency grown by PLD and PED. ⶠNanocomposite ITO thin films with metallic In-Sn clusters embedded in oxide matrix. ⶠMetallic conductivity via percolation with a superconducting transition at about 6 K. ⶠMelting and freezing of In-Sn clusters through resistivity measurements.
