Abstract
⺠Coating to improve oxidation and decarburization resistance was coated onto bearing steel. ⺠The coating material consisted of dolomite, bauxite and silicon carbide mixture. ⺠The newly densified coating comprised of spinels improved corrosion resistance. ⺠The reducing atmosphere made the coating much effective at high temperature.
