Abstract
⺠Synthesized nanosphere and nano cubo-octahedron PbS thin films with tunable optical properties. ⺠Effect of deposition time on the structure, morphology and optical properties was investigated. ⺠The possible growth mechanism of nanosphere and nano cubo-octahedron is proposed.
