Abstract
⺠Highly c-axis oriented crystalline nitrogen/aluminium co doped zinc oxide film can be obtained through earth abundant aqua ammonia and aluminium chloride. ⺠Excessive aqua ammonia resulted in increasing precipitation and rough surface. ⺠Good quality p-type ZnO films can be synthesized through sol-gel process.
