Abstract
⺠An aggregation test system based on aggregation of UV-irradiated GAPDH was proposed. ⺠The test system allows detecting the effects of various agents exclusively on the stage of aggregation of unfolded protein. ⺠The protective effect of α-crystallin and 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin on aggregation of UV-irradiated GAPDH was studied.
