Abstract
⺠Static and transient infrared spectroscopy of pseudohalide bipyridine ruthenium complexes. ⺠Vibrational energy relaxes faster for the azide than the thiocyanate and cyanide analogs. ⺠Intramolecular vibrational relaxation is prevalent in cis-Ru(bpy)2(N3)2.
