Abstract
► We measured the fluorescence lifetime of an isomerizable dye in polymer. ► We measured the Young's modulus of polymer by AFM. ► The fluorescence lifetime was related to the Young's modulus. ► A correlation curve was presented for the lifetime and the modulus.
