Abstract
⺠The combined systems of peanut-shaped carbon nanotubes encapsulated in single-walled carbon nanotubes are investigated. ⺠The band structures and related electronic properties are calculated by using crystal orbital method. ⺠The carrier mobility and mean free path are evaluated under the deformation potential theory.
