Abstract
⺠Epoxy resin with carbon inclusions is studied by terahertz time domain spectroscopy. ⺠The resonance dielectric dispersion is observed for all investigated samples. ⺠Dielectric properties are modeled by Maxwell-Garnett & nanoelectromagnetic formalism.
