Abstract
⺠Nonequilibrium recombining nitrogen plasma at atmospheric pressure. ⺠Measured vibrational population distributions in the N2 B, N2 C, and N2+B states. ⺠Showed non-Boltzmann vibrational distribution for the N2 B state. ⺠Developed state-to-state model to predict vibrational population distributions. ⺠Proposed way to measure N atom density using emission of predissociating N2 B state.
