Abstract
⺠When a photon, with sufficient energy, hits a molecule, a doubly charged ion can be formed. This dication has often a large probability of dissociate in two positive singly charged ions. ⺠Experiments of photoelectron-photoion-photoion coincidence can provide valuable information about the dynamics of such dissociation processes. ⺠A statistical method is proposed for extracting such information from the coincidence data.
