Abstract
► The product channel of the F + HD exhibits resonance-mediated dynamics. ► The role of quantum trajectories as a tool to explore and to investigate transition state resonances is analyzed. ► A reduced two-dimensional model is proposed. ► Additional information to former wave packets calculations can be then obtained. ► Reduced quantum trajectories show how and where probability gets trapped, giving rise to the resonance.
