Abstract
⺠The electric field dependence of charge photogeneration efficiency is computed. ⺠Sano-Tachiya-Noolandi-Hong theory is compared with Onsager theory. ⺠Charge photogeneration efficiency increases for broader e-h pair distributions. ⺠Charge photogeneration efficiency increases for slower final recombination. ⺠The final recombination velocity in films of Alq3 and Ir(ppy)3 is evaluated.
