Abstract
⺠An enzyme is attached with the fluid state phospholipid molecules on the Langmuir monolayer. ⺠Through the diffusion, the enzyme molecule reaches the gel-fluid interface. ⺠After hydrolysing a phospholipid molecule it predominantly leaves the surface in the lag phase. ⺠The enzyme is strictly attached to the surface with scooting mode of motion and the burst phase appears.
