Abstract
⺠The differential bond polarizabilities from the Raman optically active is derived. ⺠Two systems of (+)-(R)-methyloxirane and l-alanine were analyzed by this approach. ⺠The asymmetry of the differential bond polarizabilities are demonstrated. ⺠The methine possesses the largest charge excitation during the Raman process. ⺠The differential bond polarizabilities adhered to C-H bond are of opposite signs.
