Abstract
⺠We review theoretical principles and experimental implementation of 2D spectroscopy. ⺠2DES monitors energy transfer, observes coherence, determines excited state geometry, and compares to homology models. ⺠2DES reveals structure-function relationships in the Photosystem II supercomplex.
