Abstract
⺠We explore the noise-induced barrier crossing dynamics of an open quantum system. ⺠The bath coupled with the system is driven out of equilibrium by an external noise. ⺠Nonlinear system-bath coupling and modulation of the bath affect the escape rate. ⺠An additional exponential factor, other than Arrhenius is also temperature dependent. ⺠This temperature dependence is purely quantum in origin.
