Abstract
► The bi-exponential behavior of k(T) is suggestive of two molecular mechanisms. ► There is only a dominant mechanism. ► The bi-exponential behavior is caused by the transmission coefficient. ► Al-OH2 appears to have a longer lifetime than HAlOH.
