Abstract
⺠The electric field was applied during the PVD of thin AlClPc films. ⺠The electric field of 1.4 kV mmâ1 modified the film structure noticeably. ⺠Tilt angles of the molecules were measured using polarised Raman spectroscopy. ⺠Assignments in vibrational spectra were performed using DFT computations.
