Abstract
⺠A C-Iâ¯Ï halogen 1:1 complex between toluene-d8 and perfluoroiodopropanes was found. ⺠Complexation enthalpies and entropies were determined by 19F NMR spectroscopy. ⺠The experimental results are supported by density functional theory calculations.
