Abstract
Diffusion and viscosity-type collision integrals for interactions between atoms and ions of oxygen in ground and electronically excited states have been evaluated from the relevant potentials of the molecular and molecular ion states, respectively. The inelastic contribution to the diffusion collision integrals has been also estimated, by using calculated resonant excitation and charge-transfer cross sections.
