Single ZnO nanowire ultraviolet detector with free-recovered contact performance

In this paper, single ZnO nanowire ultraviolet detectors with compact recoverable contact from Schottky to Ohmic was firstly fabricated. The recoverable contact reason of nanodevice consists of single crystal ZnO nanowire and silver paint was confirmed in detail. The results shown that the Schottky contact and Ohmic contact could be transformed under light illumination, which is very benefit for high sensibility and speed ZnO nanowire Ultra-violet detector.85
